The life and times of a Jackson State Community College student.

“There is always hope and if hope is trying to leave you, there is always a place for miracles”—Isabelle Traeger
“Through humor, you can soften some of the worst blows that life delivers. And once you find laughter, no matter how painful your situation might be, you can survive it”—Bill Cosby
“If a blade of grass can grow in a concrete walk and a fig tree in the side of a mountain cliff, a human being empowered with an invincible faith can survive all odds the world can throw against his tortured soul”—Robert Schuller
“Damaged people are dangerous. They know they can survive.”—Josephine Hart
“What lies behind us, and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us.”—Ralph Waldo Emerson
My mom died from breast cancer a few years ago. I support the fight for breast cancer as much as I can, and you can too. Every little thing helps. Anything with the breast cancer symbol on it that you can buy, usually the money you pay with goes to the research and cure for breast cancer. Even if it is just a notebook or a pen for school with the pink ribbon on it. You never know who you could be helping just by buying your school supplies. Support the fight with many other women in the world.
